AdmissionsHow do I register for an ARS GUSTO programme?

Choose a programme, complete the online application and provide your contact details. Your application receives a unique code, and the Academy will contact you about the interview and next enrolment steps.

ProgrammesHow do I choose the right programme and duration?

Complete Culinary Arts is available as a 12-month, 48-credit programme and a 9-month, 36-credit programme. Pastry & Bakery Arts, Restaurant Management, 6- and 3-month culinary courses and one-month intensives are also available. Choose according to your learning goal and preferred specialisation.

ScheduleHow are practical and theoretical classes divided?

The main professional programmes are approximately 80% practical and 20% theoretical. Exact days and hours depend on the selected programme and group and are confirmed before enrolment.

PaymentWhat are the tuition payment terms?

Tuition is set as a US-dollar equivalent and paid in Georgian lari at the applicable National Bank of Georgia exchange rate. Payment options are defined in the programme contract.

Junior programmeWho is the Alphabet of Culinary Arts programme for?

The programme is designed for learners under 14 and is available in 1-, 3- and 9-month formats. It combines age-appropriate culinary practice, art-history elements and practical arithmetic. A legal representative's consent is required.

CertificateWhat document is issued after completing a programme?

After meeting the programme, attendance and assessment requirements, the learner receives an ARS GUSTO bilingual Georgian-English completion document.

StudentHow do I access my online student card?

Enrolled students receive private, protected access. After signing in, each student can see only their own attendance, assessments, credits, assignments and learning materials.

LibraryWho can access the online recipe library?

Public material is available to everyone. Protected learning collections are available to authorised students and lecturers, while paid electronic publications follow their purchase terms.

VideoCan I watch masterclasses and student videos?

Approved videos and stories appear on the News page, in the Gallery and on the Academy's official social channels. Internal learning recordings are available only to the relevant group.
